If you need to call the hitel from the airport look for the desk and people with blue vests. The free ohone to the hotel. Pick up was quick. Chrck in was a breeze and check out was just as easy. I was able to reserve a ride to the airport easily. Food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast is yum.

Convenient location near the airport. There isnt much food options but we were able to make it work. It's about a 25 minute drive to the city of Auckland with plenty to do once you get there. I would recommend staying here if you want to be close to the airport.

Reliable comfort and good quality restaurant food
Thus is such a comfy and welcoming hotel. I love the ambience of the foyer and reception area with a little bar and a big screen tv, lots of seating and nice decor. Friendly staff. The restaurant food is a bit pricey but it's really delicious and well presented and the menu is varied and nice vegetarian and vegan dishes as well as classic meat and fish. Nice to know you can reliably get a good meal when you arrive a bit later ( restaurant serves until 9 I think and then there's room service options after that) Also a nice gym, library and vending machines for late night munchies. The rooms are nice and you don't hear much noise. I have stayed here 3 or 4 times in last 6 months and it's my first choice when have overnight stay at auckland airport

The hotel shuttle bus service was excellent, the driver dropped us off at some shops on the way to the airport & picked us up on the way back to the hotel. We would definitely stay there again if we need a hotel near to Auckland Airport.

Great place to stay near airport. We stayed twice for our flights in and out of Auckland. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was nice to have a restaurant and bar on site. We had a room with a walkout deck, which was lovely.
