It was okay, I have stayed here plenty of times before but this is probably the least enjoyable experience, nothing terrible but not great either.

This hotel went beyond the call of duty and saved me from a big mess at the airport. I forgot my passport at the hotel. They called me to tell me as I was not yet aware. I had just pulled into the airport car rental parking lot. My international flight was departing in just over two hours. The kind staff offered to drive to the airport to bring it to me, as I risked missing my flight if I went back myself. I will remember this place and the staff for a long time.

Good location, however a bit sketchy at night but good walking distance to all transport etc. rooms a bit run down with wood swelling and paint chipping. Deposit still not refunded which is strange considering normally it’s refunded automatically. Staff were all very friendly however!

Good location except for the large ongoing construction site next door which we weren't aware of when booking. The "cable tv" was poor reception standard TV with mixed channels and on a very very small TV, not like the images online. The air conditioning was a Dimplex box on the floor near the TV which was incredibly noisy and meant you could not have it on if you wanted to watch TV or talk to another person. On the plus side, the room was clean considering the age of the property and the staff were friendly. Over-all, unlikely to stay there again as other nearby places are superior for the price. I suspect the star rating needs to be re-evaluated on this property.

Fantastic location in between Spark Arena and all the local shops and restaurants. We able to walk everywhere, ferries, shops, cafes etc. Location alone for us was 10 out of 10
