Lovely spot to be in quarantine
I chose this hotel once I knew I would be in quarantine for a week. I wanted someplace with a lovely and busy view and that was close enough to be able to order Uber eats when I needed food. The hotel basically left me alone except when I had a delivery but they were willing to keep me in bottled water and coffee/tea. Desk staff were very responsive except dealing with my trash or any other cleaning tasks.

Convenient stay for business
Very comfortable and well located hotel for a 4 night stay to attend a conference. Small things that could be improved: no shower cap, some of the tea amenities not replaced, and some of the shower amenities not replaced such as shower gel and tissues. There was also an odd smell intermittently from the room air conditioner and the plumbing could be heard at night, although it may just be the location of my particular room. Nice view onto harbour and although I didn’t have time to explore these, the hotel seems to have good food options and room service.

Wonderful stay
Very friendly team working hard to make your stay as good as possible. Wonderful location, Beast & Butterflies very good for breakfast & dinner. A special thank you to Georgia on reception who was so helpful and kind, a real credit to the hotel. Will definitely stay again when visiting Auckland.
