The hotel I reserved and pay didn’t even exist, I didn’t stay there and expidia didn’t refund when I call

When I arrived at the property they had no record of my reservation I did through expedia.com. I insisted over and over to check for my reservation in their system. The front desk kept saying that there is nothing to my name. It was already 9 pm and I was tired, and I couldnt get to no one. After showing him the confirmation number over and over , he decided to call someone and said that yes they have my one and that the glitch existed in their reservation system. I was upset because I had everything in order and I had pay it before I got there. The room is advertised as a queen bed, but I go something else, like double bed. Advertising something that is not the actual thing. The parking wasnt too available, as it was one of the factors that made me consider using that property. Hopefully, other guests don't go through what I went through.

El recepcionista fue amable pero hace falta seguridad. Entraron unos tipos drogados cuando yo llegué y a fuerzas se querían quedar. Me sentí intimidada por sus miradas. La habitación de terror! Mala vibra, extremadamente descuidado, Carísimo por lo que es, paredes manchadas de sangre y suciedad, pésimo mantenimiento, las puertas cayendose, sucias y despostilladas, ventanas rotas. Me dio mucho miedo quedarme allí pero era tarde para moverme. Había unos tipos hable y hable a lado, todo se oye. Deberían de remodelar todo. No lo recomiendo.

Cancelaron mi reservación el día que llegué, diciendo que la habitación tenía desperfectos, pero hicieron el cobro porque usaron la opción de que no me presenté, en la plataforma. Dijeron que no tenían otra opción en la plataforma para cancelar la reservación.
