Service is great they brought our luggage to our room when the room was ready. Check in is 3pm but you can’t physically enter the room until 5pm which is strange. Also park view is more like PARKING LOT view. Overall nice rooms and beds and the breakfast was very good.

Fantastic room and hotel. Comfortable, clean, quiet, good shower, large gym, handy convenience store and other shops. I particularly liked that they give you a water jug with refill points in the corridors rather than bottled water, plus wooden keycards. Only thing to be aware of is that the indoor pool is sadly not free.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The stores like Lawson and Disney Store to shop were very convenient. Convenient transportation to Disney Parks and train station. Beautiful views and a walk area to explore Tokyo Bay.

This is a great place to stay for a Tokyo Disney visit. Wonderful staff with excellent English speaking skills. Large and spacious hotel and rooms. Highly recommend. Was east enough to get into Shibuya, Hirajuku and Teamlabs Planets on the trains. Just wait until commuter rush over.

Love how it takes 5 min walk to the monorail. And only 10 min max to get to both Disney. 24hr Lawson is the best, especially when we have kids and needs milk at night.

I liked that there was a Lawson right inside the premises. I don't like how you also have to pay for breakfast, though. I feel that should be included, given the price of the room. I also didn't know that it had to be paid for prior to our stay, otherwise I would have paid for it in advance.

Super hotel. We had an ocean view family room with magic theme. Spacious and comfortable. Great buffet breakfast and evening (no bargain but good quality). Lovely outdoor pool perfect to refresh after day in heat of disneyland (2000Y /person). Helpful staff helped advise on booking facilities and taxi to airport. Minor criticisms- There was some overnight noise from motor cycles revving and racing along waterfront in front of hotel. Bathroom was functional with good shower but not most modern. The airport shuttlebus didn't work for us as only a few went to Haneda terminal 3, but they helped us book a taxi which worked well.
