My daughter stayed there for 6 nights. Her return flight was canceled so she needed to stay one more night. She was comfortable and felt safe staying at the Sunshine City Prince hotel, this is our 4th time staying there.

Good location although need to walk around 8-10min to nearest JR Station (JR Ikebukuro). Arranging higher floor room as requested which has nice view and great sunlight. Also air purifier + humidifier is provided but the humidifier function is limited and still felt dry when staying in room. Inside hotel has 24-hr convenient store (Family Mart) which is very convenient during stay. Airport bus (from/to Haneda or Narita Airport) is stopping just outside of hotel. Washroom is like Toyoko-Inn style which is a bit disappointed for 4-star hotel. Also kid dropped some dry noodles (snack) on the floor / carpert. Saw still there after 1st room cleaning cycle and i called and reported on that. Those dry noodles were still there when check-out (i stayed 4-night). Need to improve cleaning process.
