The air condition was not working. They promised to send a technician to fix the air condition. It did not happen. The room was not cleaned properly, with lots of dust behind the curtains. No iron in the room. Cannot recommend this hotel for families. "

"The hotel itself is wonderful. Spacious room; comfortable bed; clean bathroom. Breakfast buffet is excellent, with plenty of seating during peak times. However the area immediately adjacent to the hotel is awful - red light district with junkies shooting up on the sidewalk at all hours"
