Glad it is over.
I was not pleased with the additional 38.00 per night hotel fee. I would have stayed on the strip had I known that the hotel additional fee was that expensive. The only reason that I stayed here was that there was no parking fee. At 38.00 dollars a night, it would have more that covered most hotel parking fees. All gambling was by machines at this location. I did not like that.

Better customer service
It's my favorite hotel have stayed there like 7 times already. Don't check in with the text that offers a copy of your I.D. or upfront credit card. You'll still have to wait in line so it makes no real difference. Went in at 2:58 and was told I had to wait till 3pm to check in which is fine. They took my # and said they would text me so that I would have to pick up a key when a room was ready. So one hour and half later I show up and ask about it and have to get to the end of the line that had formed because I guess you can't cut in line. Then on 5/25 at 530am at check out I ask Politely if the resort fees and incidental fees were charged cause I saw a hold and a additional fee. I guess the lady up front was Upset? Because she got an attitude and said That was supposed to be explained AT CHECK IN. I told her to relax as she printed a paper and slided it to me. I would of understood the attitude if I was being rude but I was asking politely. Other then those 2 incidents or whatever the Tuscany is awesome.

the elevator wasn't working. we need to call many times to get the dofa bed to be done. The last day we got blocked as the door wasn't able to open and we were waiting for very long time to get access without any excuse from management.

We enjoyed Tuscany. We liked the ease of parking on site as well as the choices for on site restaurants. We felt the food was pretty average at best. We stayed there two separate nights last week. We tried all restaurants and found them still average. We like the live music and the casino would be nice if they even let you win once in a while. Very poor payouts.
