We love this hotel!
My family was in awe with this hotel. Family-friendly, spacious, and immaculate hotel. This property is in great location surrounded by park, within minutes of Main River, bus/train stops, and multiple choices of restaurants in the area. We received nothing but excellent service from the reception and restaurant staff. Enjoy the commune area with board games, rent a bike to cruise along Main River, workout at the gym and relax at the sauna. If we could only live here we would, as we were spoiled with everything this hotel has to offer.

It could be great!
I had high hopes for this place but was disappointing. I booked a superior room which is compact but style is good and quite modern. View from room was lovely over the river. Bed is really comfortable and TV is good which has casting so you can watch your own Netflix etc. A few things let the overall stay down. My room was clearly not cleaned properly on arrival. I found my soap and shower gel empty. When stepping out for dinner I asked the receptionist could I have someone refill, I left it day and returned to reception and asked again and was handed two full bottles to replace myself, I was stepping out so asked could someone leave up in my room. Came back and still had not been changed so went down to reception and took the refills. When changing I found the holders were filthy dirty. I also found a open packet of crisps from I presume the previous guest in the room. I tried the restaurant the second night and had to move seats to get the waiters attention, menu is basic and not much options. Breakfast is buffet and pretty good. Gym and sauna are brilliant. Hotel has great potential but staff and restaurant let it down. Hopefully just a once as it’s a beautiful hotel.
