"Stayed three different times over the past three weeks and each time was better than the last. By the second visit, THEY REMEMBERED OUR NAMES! That blew me away. Such an overall positive experience all three stays. The staff is amazing, always smiling when they greet you in the lobby, or in the halls or the restaurant. We arranged a couple tours through chief concierge Pia and her amazing staff. Rooms are spotless with blackout curtains that overlap (!) for great sleep in comfortable beds with sumptuous linens. I’ve traveled to 45 countries and have never felt so taken care of as i did at the Grand Westside. Highly recommended, and to be sure, this is my genuine assessment. "
