The staff were friendly and amazing help with everything for my stay and the rooms were always very clean also the comfort of the rooms couldn't of asked for more strongly recommend this hotel to anyone

Very friendly and close to airport.
The staff and security is super friendly. Security helped me find terminal 3 which was 1 min walk from the hotel over new walkbridge, instead of taxi Thank you. The maintenence and cleaning of shower could be better. A bit of chlorine in water to clean shower would make it all good. Again really friendly staff.

Excellent airport access via walkway
Room was clean and comfortable but had issues with bathroom sink and shower not working properly when we arrived. Maintenance fixed it and no other problems during stay. Pool access is odd passsge through halls on tenth floor and series of stairs up to roof. Pool area not as big as appears in photos. Buffet breakfast is very nice but go early to avoid lines.

Good service, sizable room, bathroom smells bad
The room is pretty big and looks good. The beds are good size. The service of the staff was fantastic and they are happy, although the check in time was a bit slow. The bathroom smells bad, in a water damage, rotten or mold kind of way. The sound proofing is very bad, you can hear much noises from neighbouring rooms.
