Beautiful hotel but service needs improvements
When we first arrived and used the bathroom, we removed the toilet seat seal and found yellow urine droplets on the toilet seat, very disappointing. Then later in the night the man who helped carry our luggage to our room offered to help us book jolibee takeaway on the delivery app on his phone, we ordered a chicken bucket and palabok and then we paid him the delivery amount and even tipped him but when it arrived we received all the chicken but no palabok and 3 chocolate sundaes which no one asked for. Secondly, we asked one of the staff outside our room to bring us some more toilet roll and 2 more slippers, it took them around 30mins-1hr and they came back with stuff we didn’t need like extra towel and toothpaste. in the end one of my group went down to reception to ask for the toilet roll but was given more toiletries and was told by the receptionist that they would send someone to bring the roll to our room. We waited another hour and still nobody came so we all went to sleep and just hoped they would send it over in the morning and they did. On a positive note, the pool was lovely and the woman who helped us book taxis for our luggage to the airport was very helpful as she also helped us search for cheaper options
