Why the extra charge?
I was charge extra for 3 nights, aside from the regular amount, by the night supervisor (JUVI) for staying in a room with a view, in-spite of requesting it days before my stay which is 3rd time in February. I thought after staying 3x in a month, and a silver at Hotel.com, I would have a better room. I saw a lot of foreigners in that floor as in they were getting priority treatment. They say that I should just book directly to the Red Planet since I am already in the Philippines .

Good experience
Hotel check-in was fast and efficient. Good water pressure and hot water. Wifi system was great no need keep track of a paper with log-in and password. Log-in is simply your room number. Your password is your last name, so simple. Convenience stores within two blocks. The bed was firm, but very comfortable.
