Food for Pasalubong is not allowed in the Hotel
Even tho my room is a non smoking area, you can still smell the smoke of cigar in the hallway outside your room. You cannot bring any food inside the hotel even if the food will not be eaten but as a Pasalubong to your friends and relatives in the United States. May not go back to this hotel.

She made a quiet scene at the reception desk
It would have been a perfect experience except at the checkout desk. During the checkout, the receptionist (Charlene Mae) made a threatening statement. If I don't provide a receipt for the deposit that I made for the incidental cost, there will be no refund. Fortunately, I didn't throw it away. If I was informed the day I checked in that I have to render it at the checkout, I would have it available. I thought it was the billing statement, like usually the hotel provides for my record. She had me dig through my luggage to locate the deposit receipt (from the bottom of my laundry). She made a quiet scene at that time. I was embarrassed to rummage through our couples' dirty clothes to include underwear.

The dates for the stay were wrong and we arrived there were no rooms available the hotel was not able to accommodate us and still tried to bill us for the reservation which we were standing in the lobby and informed them to cancel the reservation, we were able to get a room at their competitor which we will use from this point forward

Okay stay
I’d like to give this hotel a 5 but I just can’t. I didn’t enjoy my stay here. The front desk is very slow it at least took me 1 hour to check in. Also if you forgot something in your room, don’t bother it will take them 3 hours to give it to you. The employees such as the concierge, bell man are nice but the rest I can’t say much. For my opinion stay somewhere else, there’s other options.

It's our second time staying here but this time we got a room for my parents too. Having several dining options is definitely a plus!! Since we stayed on a weekend, were it's busy at the malls and all, our whole family ended up just really relaxing and chillin' at the hotel. I'm glad my parents loved their staycation. :)
