-friendly. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and you can walk along the water for miles, accessing Stanley Park, the water taxis, and points beyond. We enjoyed the Sunday night live jazz, too! We were very happy with this choice, and will very likely return."

"My first time in Vancouver and was happy that I booked the Davie Street Sandman. Right from the beginning and check in with Dan was a wonderful experience, he was very friendly and helpful in suggesting places to walk by the harbor and places for dinner. And then the suite on the 20th floor with a view of the harbor, outstanding."

"It’s located to the beautiful Garry Point park, with its spectacular sunsets. It’s quiet, no traffic, no sirens. Steveston village presents numerous options for dining. You don’t need a taxi if you stay in this hotel because the buses are running from 5am till 1am every day and connect you to Canada line (Airport or Vancouver downtown). It’s a gem! "

"The place was beautiful. But the floors were really dirty. Someone left a wet dirty rag beside the bed. The bathtub had weird black stains all on the floor of it and the handle to regulate the water came off. Someone forgot to put a bolt/screw in. Otherwise, if it was cleaned better, would have been great! Nice and new. Washer dryer is handy. Nice 2 bedroom suite for my fam of 6. Nice deck area for my

We didn’t like the buffet breakfast, (which I know is a contracted company, not part of the Hotel) It tasted really old, with instant eggs perhaps? They would receive a ONE star from me! "

"This was a basic motel with some good features. The staff were efficient and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the hallway noise was minimal. The fridge and microwave were handy. The building itselfwas in need of a refresher. One big inconvenience was that coffee was not available anywhere in the building, neither in individual rooms or in the lobby. You don’t realize how much you miss a coffee in the morning until it is totally missing."

"It was a convenient place to stay last minute. There was no way to sign on to our Netflix or other streaming accounts, no way to play any music, and the cleanliness in the bathroom was pretty bad. There was mold and mildew all over the ceiling of the bathroom. It was petfriendly for a fair price."
