"This is a wonderful hotel. They have a great little snack shop to the side if you get hungry for some sugar or salty snacks. They have a restaurant and a beautiful view of the marina. They have transfers to the airport every 30 minutes. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Vancouver!"

"Great location for taking a cruise out of Canada Place. The subway station connects directly to the hotel lobby and is a relatively quick ride from the airport. In our case, the subway would've been a much faster option to get to the hotel since it took us nearly an hour in constant stop and go traffic in an Uber as there are no highways leading to downtown Vancouver. We had two harbor view rooms, which I highly recommend, as they have great views of the harbor and cruise port. The Riverwalk is...

"Nice hotel in a good spot.
We stayed after a cruise, and were upgraded and allowed in the room as soon as we arrived at about 9.30am - obviously this can only happen if the room is ready, but it was really appreciated and made our day much easier.
The Burrard is within about a 20 minute walk of Stanley Park, and 20-30 minutes from Granville Island via the 2 minute ferry from Hornby street.
Staff were very friendly, and if we are ever back in Vancouver we will definitely stay at the Burrard."

"The EXchange Hotel is wonderful because the staff appreciates their guests. The Hydra Restaurant (2nd Floor) serves the best food and dining experience. The location is the Waterfront Skytrain stop, approximately a block or so away. This is the best mode of transportation from Vancouver International Airport. A genuinely supreme Canadian experience."

"Great choice for 10day stay in Vancouver visiting family. Central location for getting easily to many features and restaurants. Room was clean and in good condition. Bed was comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was good and service was great. Coffee shop served Illy coffee and was useful to have on site. The only downside were the frequent siren sounds as the hotel is right next to the busy hospital. But we got used to these and it was just part of the busy city noise. Easy drop...

One of the most welcoming, thoughtful hotels I have ever stayed at. From the moment you walk in you are met with the moor genuine hospitality from everyone who works there and there are so many thoughtful touches in the room and hotel itself. My partner and I got engaged prior to staying and we were met with a bottle of Prosecco and desert upon entering our room and note. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Enjoyed the ease and professionalism of the well trained staff. We only had a small wait for our room and were offered a free drink in their bar while we waited.
We had a suite so there was a lot of space and light.
My only con was figuring the climate and light controls, but that's on me 😬

Fairmont Pacific Rim was in an excellent location close to the water's edge in Vancouver. It was easy to walk to Gastown and the cbd and a fantastic spot to commence a bike ride or walk to the sea wall and Stanley park.
We had a gold room which was gorgeous and we particularly enjoyed the benefits that come with booking the gold rooms

Lovely staff who organised an early check-in after very long international flight, which was greatly appreciated. Proximity to Harbour and quick 10 minute walk along harbourfront to Canada Place. All queries handled in a prompt, friendly and quick fashion. The room was large and very clean, with some practical and easy environmentally friendly initiatives in place.

This was a luxury stay. We arrived in Vancouver early and went straight to the hotel to ask if they would hold our luggage until check in. Our room was ready and they let us check in immediately. 5 out of 5 just for that! Comfortable bed, spacious shower with good pressure and a high standard of service from every staff member we encountered. The attached restaurant had lunch time specials which allowed us to have a sleep in knowing we only had to go downstairs for our first meal of the day.

The hotel was at a great location, which is a quiet and lovely waterside of the cit, but also walking distance to most of the attraction. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean (one queen bed room). Highly recommended.

As a fairmont aficionado and my 2nd time in 5weeks at Fairmont Vancouver airport, I felt that the dinner service was NOT up to Fairmont levels. Our final night at the globe lounge was NOT warmly welcomed by the young skinny male for our 7pm reservation. Even though there was a couple ahead of us waiting to be attended to, it doesn’t take any effort to say , ‘l’ll be with you shortly’ or something on those lines.
Also beware to check actual receipt when checking out, something l have done...

Some of the best service I’ve ever had at a hotel. Fantastic staff and had a very comfortable, modern room. Pub on the corner was very convenient for dining, and the metro station just up the road for transport. Would happily stay here again and recommend it!

Consider your location: Staying closer to key attractions or city centres may provide convenience but often comes with higher expenses.
