Check in was done by Grace and she was amazing with a quick check in and taking the time to provide all the details you would need she enquired about our return flight and offered a way to freshen up before our departure as it was a few hours after we had to check out. Lovely friendly team who couldn’t do enough to help. Our shower water was cold and our room safe did not work, but we informed reception and they sent someone to check the shower and we had our safe fixed the next day so all good. Breakfast won’t leave you hungry. We arrived a day late due to delays so we didn’t have time to make use of spa.

Absolutely had a wonderful stay here. This place luckily had available rooms after a bad experience with another “4 star” hotel. Staff was extremely welcoming and kind. They were helpful in every way possible. Rooms were well adorned, spacious, with some good amenities. The breakfast buffet was one of my favorites during our trek through Vietnam. Small, but plenty of options. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Absolutely wonderful. Lan, Grace and the girls and guys are super nice people. They are family. Breakfast is very good. Nice selection of food. We went on a two night cruise to Halong Bay that they organized for us and when we came back our room was decorated with a welcome home sign and petals in a heart shape on the bed. They go above and beyond and we are so grateful. Location is good. Rooms are large. AC, fridge, walk in shower are great. Highly recommend. Coming back to stay and will try the spa treatments.
