Amazing hotel

The hotel is excellent. Its location is perfect, close downtown, restaurants, laundry services, markets, etc. The breakfast is amazing, with fruit, scrambled eggs e omelettes made on time, coffe, Vietnamise coffee, yogurt, bread etc. The room is so comfortable and the service is polite. I defintively recommend it.

Incroyable check out by Ms Thu, who does not know well her job. First ask me to sign the final bill, then cancel my deposit, then ask me to pay for mini bar consumption, apparently not included on the invoice she asked me to sign. Then ask me to sign another voucher for mini bar, then reprint the final invoice and then ask me to sign the approved visa bill, already approved by PIN. Check out time 25 mins. Absolutely horrible !
