You can not people to a live person at the hotel when fixing a problem about reservation. Couldn't make a change, but they try to bill me 3400 dollars for a 2 night stay located in another country

Ok hotel you stay no more than one night… not much yo do around. You can walk 15 min to 5th avenue, but side walks are not properly cared for and it didn’t feel too safe.

Outstanding customer service! Mr. Carlos helped to find affordable transportation. The cleaning lady was amazing. The immediate areas surrounding the hotel are not pretty, but the place is safe and close to the beach and the downtown area, with excellent restaurants within walking distance. We will come back

The staff is friendly and rooms are spacious. However the photos are misleading. The hotel is in need of some maintenance. Especially the rooms. Old Paint makes them look dirty and old tiles too. I asked for a flour tortilla at breakfast and they denied it. The area is a bit sketchy.
