Pleasant and convenient city accomodation
Very clean and comfortable accomodation. Close to the city centre and restaurants. Only downside was very limited and expensive outdoor parking.

The hotel was clean and modern, but it was simply one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in and I would certainly never go back. For a start there is not hotel parking if you have a hire car and the hotel receptionist was extremely vague about where to park. She told that I could park on the street until 8am; fortunately I checked the and sign actually stated that it was a clearway from 7am and parked cars could be towed away! Thus if you do have a car, do not stay here as parking is a hassle. Perhaps the worst aspect was the awful floral scent dispenser in the room. It produced an instant headache, and affected both my allergies and asthma. You can not open the window to let the over powering smell out. Fortunately I had a roll of tape with me, and taped the whole unit up so it could not release its foul odours. Thus if you have an allergeries or respiratory issues, stay away otherwise your health could be compromised. They also do not serve breakfast; something detestable in hotels. They do have an overpriced and very ordinary breakfast package, which looked as appetizing as a cardboard box. It was necessary to find a local grocery store to obtain some breakfast supplies - extremely inconvenient! The hotel staff where also extremely vague (as indicated above); no help at all. To be honest, Basil Faulty was far more capable than this lot. Simply awful place.
