One of the best hotel for visiting Wellington!
First this hotel is in the middle of Wellington downtown, this hotel has direct lift access to the Willies St, which is very convenient to walk to the pier, or do some shopping in the Countdown supermarket. We had the breakfast buffet at 17th floor for two days. The food there is very good, fresh and different variety. My check-in experience is great, I called the front desk few days ago and asked for two rooms next to each other, which they had reserved two nice view rooms that is at the end of 19th floor, which we love so much! Thanks for helping! I would highly recommend this hotel to others!

Great location near the ferry terminals. Comfortable room but nowhere to hang clothes or towels in the shower room. Had requested for the sofa bed to be made but this was not done.
