Disappointing stay
Room was very disappointing on arrival.The beverages had not been stocked up properly so we had to order room service as soon as we arrived.Not very welcoming when you have been travelling all day being tired and in need of a cup of tea or glass of water. The bathroom had stray hairs over the tiles and gave an overall grubby appearance.These were still there despite the room being serviced on our second day. No one collected the breakfast card for in room dining despite putting the card outside our door the previous afternoon.This delayed our departure as we had to go down to the dining area to order breakfast. Couldn’t put valuables in the safe as told they were no longer functioning! Parking was an absolute nightmare! Staff were however friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Considering the room rate for this hotel, it does not give value for money. This was our second stay here and the level of customer service has certainly deteriorated since our last stay. Such a shame as we expected more.
