"Bella (Customer Happiness) was a big highlight for me. She has pure sunshine energy and it was such a lovely start to the stay to have that reception and care, and onwards.
Rooms: super-crisp and clean air con; wood-look floors, and a light, happy feel.
Great for families - calming, soft aesthetic, lovely pools (a few types, so kids will be happy). Walk to Universal Studios, beaches, 7-Elevens. Free hotel shuttle bus (goes to beach and Vivo City shopping centre - nice staff bus driver guy) or the monorail for free with your hotel booking, and I saw some free public buses also.
Love vending machines near lifts - normal supermarket pricing, plus complimentary wooden utensil packs. Filtered water tap in the bathroom was nice, and towels and sheets were very clean.
Cute cafe downstairs (my kids loved the choc / pandan waffles), and have fresh fruit cups at fair prices.
Improvement-wise - daytime room cleanliness was good (although having earlier cleaning / set time cleaning - while people are at breakfast so they can return to a made-up room, not going into the afternoon - would be best); and hallways need more attention in the evenings - more effort to take away wet towels, takeaway rubbish outside doors, and spills; and clean vending machine glass and windows near elevators (kids' hand prints).
Overall, I would stay again. Next time, I’d probably book 2 rooms for more space. Rooms are on the smaller side, but that seems typical for Singapore. The location is epic."
