Housekeeping could have been better.
Although we enjoyed our stay, the housekeeping could have been better. We had an email a few days before to say housekeeping would be every 3 days as they were reducing their carbon footprint. We were ok with that, who needs their sheets and towels changed everyday? Nobody! But after the 4th day, nothing. We requested more coffee, toilet rolls and towels at reception after day 3 but nothing came. I am all for helping the environment but the basics should have been replenished.

The good- cold air con, lovely pool, 7-11 at the door, quick elevators, location The bad- the hard beds, the shoddy housekeeping, the small towels and lack of staff/service, we had a 3rd bed bought in, no pillows or towels ect for that person, called reception, I had to go to the lobby to collect!! Ran out of toilet paper, had to get from reception, needed a 3rd coffee cup, had to go to lobby to collect. Tiresome.
