The location is very handy and the staff super friendly. The room was tiny but the mattresses were good and firm and the hotel was fairly quiet. They could provide more tea and coffee in the room though. For two people we only found one tea bag of green tea and one black tea, respectively, and we had to ask for more repetitively.

Very nice, modern rooms, although quite small (we stayed for 3 nights and didn’t really have anywhere to put or open our suitcases). The aircon worked great, and the shower was good, the only downside to the room was the bed. Way too short, and the pillows were awful. Breakfast was limited and a bit chaotic due to the layout of the building but did the job. The pool is nice and the gym is decent for a quick session.

Really nice hotel! States here for approximately 10 days and loved it. The service was on top I got helped with the things I asked for and they cleaned our room every day. Whenever I came to my room after being out they had given me new towels and everything I need in my room and made it so clean! Definitely staying here again next time in Singapore and the location was also excellent and close to different MRT and bus stations!! Highly recommend

Everything else is okay. The room curtains can only fully open or closed. There’s no control to stop halfway. As for food options we didn’t opt for the breakfast buffet in the morning as there are plenty of food options available around the hotel. There is a food coffeeshop opposite the hotel. Else walkable distance to Bugis + and Bugis Junction. There’s also food options inside Fortune Centre.

This is a great choice for a centrally located, convenient Singapore hotel at a good price. Rooms are small but that's Singapore - they're well-equipped, clean and comfortable. Pool was nice and clean. Could do with more storage for luggage and clothing in the room. The location is great. A few minutes' walk away from two MRT stations plus lots of food options nearby. About 10 mins walk to Chijmes and Raffles City Shopping Centre as well (which has lots of great food).

I stayed here for 2 nights last week, and i appreciate that they do the small things right. Soft closed everything, easy check-in, a welcome drink, options for pillow softness level, room slippers, good hot shower, strategically-placed plugs (and usb plugs), comfortable sheets, cold AC, filtered tap water, and a great location to explore Singapore. Thank you! We will be back!
