Fabulous Hotel with great employees. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a lot of info about Vienna public transport including maps etc. Very rare these days when checking into hotels. We ate at the small bistro one night & food was good. Small menu but good for a light meal. It was lovely to sit outside with no-one else around...

Like not buying a Vienna Card just buy a 24 hour transport card and only pay for things you want to see. The only thing I didn't like and it is not the hotels' fault is all the gadgets.
