    Good staff, property less perfect
    Staff are great, helpful and do their best. Hotel is in a good location near lots of sights. The property needs a refresh. The decor is an off mix of classic with a little too much gold/silver ‘highlights’ for my taste. Room was noisy, the TV from next door was clearly audible from our room which was a bit annoying at 11.45pm. Then again the following day.

    Location location....
    Great hotel and amenities... staff very friendly and a great location being just outside the museum quarter. Breakfast is very good and the cocktail bar is great also. On another note... I'm over the feather pillows and wish that hotels offered an alternative.

    A wonderful hotel
    We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic hotel. The staff were friendly and competent. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The room was bright and airy. THE most comfortable bed we have slept in, including a wonderfully light duvet. The room was very large and well-appointed. This hotel is central to everything. It is a minute's walk to the main shopping area and great restaurants. We absolutely loved the breakfast and the cosy room in which it was served. It was very inviting. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and would definitely return should we visit Vienna again. Look no further than the Sans Souci - The best!
