Great Breakfast in Vienna
Nice, clean hotel with a fantastic breakfast. Centrally located close to transit and Danube. Be aware, as we were told at check in: if you book directly with the hotel you will receive a better view room, and a bottle of wine. They prioritize over “Expedia” customers - Now I know better.

A very nice hotel - had a great check-in experience and was only minutes away from Stephanplatz. Also right by Schwedenplatz Subway and S-Bahn services which can take you pretty much anywhere very quickly. Good breakfast - also with very friendly staff

A real gem!
Hotel very comfortable and clean. Great location, excellent bar/restaurant over the road, just before you go over the bridge, overlooking the Danube Canal, near all the good shopping too. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Take the U4 train right by the hotel to Schoenbrunn Palace. Really worth the trip. Don’t bother with the Danube canal trip, 5 minutes out and then no scenery. Take the opera house tour which is good. book online or just rock up. Mozart House, interesting info but felt it lacked something. If you are over 65 mention it at all the sights to get a discount. We will return. Thank you.

This hotel was booked as part of a package with Expedia to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We chose the location as it was easy access to the historic city and transport links (Underground). On arrival we were welcomed by Agnes the on reception / concierge and we saw her regularly throughout our stay as we came and went. She was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Check in was easy. Agnes was helpful in pointing us in the right direction to places of interest and restaurants. All of the other staff were, likewise, friendly and helpful. The location is also good - Innerstadt - for many of the grand and historic buildings of 'old' Vienna. We had breakfast included in our stay and this was provided by a the breakfast team (they had football type shirts that said so) They were superb, very friendly and accommodating. The offerings were excellent quality and the coffee was good. We didn't avail ourselves of the afternoon coffee / tea and cake that was on offer as part of the hotel stay. The room was compact, but a reasonable size and clean. The bathroom and shower were clean. We had a balcony - but didn't use it. It was too hot. The room A/C heat exchanger was on the balcony. Overall I would recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms and location to the travel facility, including the CAT to Vienna Airport which was only one stop away on the U4.

Overall the hotel was great, central location, close to all amenities. The staff was really good, reception, housekeeping and breakfast. A special thank you to the lady running the breakfast, outstanding, friendly, efficient, very professional and warm welcome. thank you, it made a difference to our stay. On the downside, I think the breakfast area could do with a revamp but overall very happy with our stay.

The hotel is in central location. We rooms are comfortable and the free breakfast is excellent. However, the area is rather noisy: there is an ongoing construction nearby and the area attracts crowds that talk loudly till and after midnight, especially on weekends.
