Absolutely amazing stay!
It was a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous. The location was perfect. You can get hop on, hop off, right out of the hotel. There are supermarkets around the hotel. Breakfast was well balanced, with lots of options. They figured out we were celebrating my wife's 50th birthday. They surprised us with cake and champagne. We will never forget our stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend it if you are staying in Vienna.

Excellent Welcoming Service
Exceptionally well located with gracious and helpful staff. Really did everything possible to make my stay enjoyable. I am a Shabbat observer and they shared candle-lighting times with me and offered to bring me a Kosher breakfast. They have mechanical locks on the door so getting in and out of the room isn't a challenge. I was able to walk up the stairs. Really made me feel at home.
