Very good value. The service was great. Their staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very well located near everything you need and all the sites. There are lovely touches, like a complimentary coffee bar in the lobby and free bottled water.

Nice hotel, large room, helpful staff
The hotel itself is a sort of apartment hotel. It has a front desk, a lobby (including free coffee all day), a dining room for breakfast, daily maid service and so on, and large 'apartments'. We stayed at an 'Executive Apartment' which was very large, and included a master bedroom, a kitchen and a smaller bedroom. It was recently renovated. There were some issues with electricity and a leaky pipe (probably due to the renovation), and the staff did their best to solve the problems. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, right in the center of the city.

Great Stay
The hotel is convenient to the metro and to the central part of Vienna. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel staff was helpful answering our questions and scheduling taxis to the airport. I would stay there again.
