Cava House was absolutely amazing! Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel and our room were spotless, modern, and felt very cozy and homey. We loved all the thoughtful features in the room. The bathroom has some really cool functions; my kids absolutely loved the projector; and having both a washer and dryer in the room was incredibly convenient for our family. The location was fantastic. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the metro station, making it easy to travel anywhere in Tokyo. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, yet it’s just a few blocks from all the excitement, shopping, and restaurants that Shinjuku has to offer. We really appreciated being able to enjoy the energy of Shinjuku during the day and return to a peaceful, relaxing place at night. I would highly recommend Cava House to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially families. We would definitely stay here again!

I’m pretty picky and prefer nice rooms, but don’t want to pay for luxury. This was an excellent value. Very friendly staff, the room was very clean, modern, and had many living amenities like kitchen, refrigerator, kitchen, utensils, washing machine, etc. Water pressure and temperature was excellent. Location was ideal, 5 to 15 minutes walk to major areas, but quiet neighborhood so you can sleep well. Highly recommend recommended and would stay here again.
