TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Pros: The Hotel location is good. The hotel is clean and the breakfast has a limited spread but has good salads. The rooms are small but in Akasaka most hotels have small rooms. Cons: 1. The basic accessories are below par: iron and ironing board you have to borrow from the desk .. the size of the iron is smaller than my fist .. seems as if it is meant to iron elvesclothings :) . 2.. they don’t have adaptors .. you have to purchase them at 2000yen for one adaptor … 3. The directory in the room says the restaurant is open till 11 pm and will take last order till 9:30pm and when I went at 8 pm it was closed. However, There is a 7-11 in the basement that helps Service is appalling.. there are a few friendly staff but some are outride rude … 1. I requested to call a cab… the desk staff said she can’t call as there are no cabs… :) … can’t help.. I asked her to at least try to contact .. then with a lot of reluctance agreed to call .. she tried for some time and then said not available. I asked her if she could try an app and book payment by cash or ask anyone in the hotel that can help.. she said no and shrugged her shoulders.. so I asked her for a paper to note her name she refused to give me a paper .. her attitude was like .. your taxi is your problem .. I got a cab on the street .. so much for not having cabs! 2. I had asked the desk staff for something twice & asked them to come back and the person did not call back I had to call back to follow up
