The staff is so helpful and provide good service. They speak good English. The hotel it self has a great location in Hanoi and the rooms are clean and comfortable. When we first came to the hotel we got some Vietnamese yeah while they got our room ready. Recommend this hotel.

Lovely spacious room with 2 bathrooms and a living room area. I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. They are AMAZING!!!!! We also ate at the November restaurant on the 12th floor and the food was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel!

Good front of house staff, clean and in an interesting area with some excellent restaurants. Large rooms, by Hanoi standards, coupled with real windows. The suite didn't have great views, but the room had a lake view. Breakfast fine, roof top bar lovely, pool quiet and refreshing when we used it.

Great find, close to West lake and near to some good restaurants and Activities. Roof top bar was lovely, breakfast fine. We used the swimming pool which was cool after a morning of sight seeing. Rooms are surprisingly spacious for Hanoi, (we didn't try the spa or restaurant). As everyone says, front of house staff are helpful and lovely.

We had a really spacious suite, which was silent (no sounds from the bustling streets below!). The staff were incredibly helpful and lovely - especially Chris, who spent time with us on arrival to give us some really helpful advice on where to visit and trips to go on. It was really appreciated. The staff went above and beyond what we would normally get from hotel staff - they even spoke with and translated with taxi drivers and tour bookings for us. Property looks brand new and was just remodeled. Staff at check in go out of their way to help . They assembled my babies crib right away. Breakfast had many options. Loved the ice Vietnamese coffee. Pool view is amazing. Bar looks beautifully lit at night . Room is so comfortable.

The rooms are a little small, but the service was absolutely exceptional. Every staff we encountered was competent and professional. Rachel the supervisor went above and beyond in every way. We had lots of luggage and the bellmen were also great. The room is a bit small and shows some wear or tear, however, it was clean and we did have everything that we need. The breakfast variety was smaller, but it was most definitely sufficient and tasty. We had a short stay so we did not use pool or gym and cannot comment on them.
