We expected more from our accommodation, as the listing described more features, such as an ocean view. There was no ocean view — instead, we had a view of the street and a construction site. The complex is huge, and the apartment was located at the very far end, which was very inconvenient. The pool was unusable because the water was extremely warm.
Overall, the apartment was nice and clean, but to address all the initial issues, I got in touch with the host and was promised a 20% refund. I never received it, despite following up multiple times. Therefore, I can’t give more than one star, as the promises were not kept.
