Everything was excellent. All of the staff were courteous and Kurt was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is between the beach and town. It is not walkable. It we rented a car and took advantage of all Tulum has to offer! We are already planning our return trip!

I loved it :) the staff was so kind helping me with everything, I felt very safe and taken care of :)
Nice, good size studio apartment with all you need. They have rental bikes, scooter and atw which you will need to go places.
Could have had a complementary water bottle upon arrival. But all in all I loved staying here :) thank you so much, I hope to come back :)

Honestly, my stay at Otonomus Tulum was way better than I expected.
From the moment I walked in, everything just felt calm and well taken care of.
The room was spotless, smelled fresh, and actually looked exactly like the photos, and that's rare.
The staff were super friendly without being annoying just the right balance.
What really stood out for me was how peaceful the whole place felt. No noise, no chaos, just good vibes. The amenities were simple but thoughtful, and everything worked the way it should.
Overall, it’s the kind of stay where you check out thinking, Yeah… I’d definitely come back.

Loved this hotel. It is apartment style - would be great for long term stays. 7 min scooter ride from the beach. Nice pool and private pool at many of the rooms. Very convenient to be able to rent quads and scooters from there. Helpful concierge!
