An extraordinary experience from beginning to end. Without question, the best hotel in Santiago de Chile and among the finest properties in Latin America. The warmth, care, and genuine hospitality of the team made it a truly unforgettable occasion for her and for our family. Really caring and nice staff, the rooms were up to date and very clean and comforting. They went out of their way to help kids feel comfortable by setting up teepees and tents. Amazing food including breakfast buffet. The pool is very cold and not heated, the terrace faces the street noise and can be unsafe for younger kids. I went to the spa which was fantastic for a facial. Lovely stay I think it is well worth the price. Thank you!

Spacious, well designed rooms with terrific views, a nice poolside patio and extremely helpful front desk, concierge and customer service staff, as well as a superb driver/guide in Damien.
