In my opinion this is the best hotel in Santiago. Rooms are large with stunning views of the Andes mountains. Well kept facilities, well trained staff and a terrace/pool area that’s a true oasis in a very busy city with warm temperatures 9 or 10 months of the year.

Excellent. Living up to its name and standard as a mandarin oriental. Gym was perfect although if the gym have some kind of facing will be nice apart from that amenities, food selection, near to shopping etc all you could expect of a 5 star hotel

Yours is one of the best 5* hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve travelled the world over my 70 years and stayed in many, many famous establishments.
