Our stay was very good was a bit unsure when we arrived as the outside not very welcoming, but once inside we got a nice welcome, we were very early for checking in but they checked the room and it was ready so they kindly let us into the room ,

Great Hotel, but restless night.
Great hotel, amazing staff. Just noisy in the middle of the night which seemed to be trucks emptying rubbish. Normally I’d try to sleep through, but it was noisy. Great hotel, but yeah, wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff at Punthill were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately the room was a little disappointing. The tiles in the bathroom were discolored. The bath/shower combo was difficult to get in and out. The sofa was uncomfortable.

Nice little apartment
Awesome location at the top end of Little Bourke Street, in the heart of china town. Fabulous little apartment with kitchen and spa bath! Could have had a few more implements in the kitchen, and the bed was way too soft for me. Nice and clean excellent service from the staff.

The room was fine. My problem was when I left and asked for a tax invoice I was told I would get it through a agoda which wasn't who I booked with. Needless to say I didn't get an invoice. This is pretty annoying as it was a business trip.

Great staff on entry. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Bathroom a bit dated and light switches confusing. Overall a reasonable place that was convenient to the theatre and town.
