Excellent stay with all nearby Perks

We stayed in this hotel upon our arrival to Tokyo , and although it is not in the same middle of the city it is within 30 minutes by train to any of the central Tokyo area. it has a train station right in front of the hotel and the are is filled with restaurants and shopping within walking distance , I do have to give a big Shoutout to Arissa she was one of the front desk attendants that took excellent care of us when we arrived and went above and beyond to make us feel at home , on the down side the rooms are very small compared to US standards so keep that in mind , but would definitely stay there again if I ever visit Tokyo in the future

Highly recommend this property for a comfortable stay in Tokyo! Conveniently placed between 3 major train stations, getting to all the major parts of the city was a breeze. With it being outside of the dense city, the rooms are larger and the property is serene and well furnished. It’s the perfect stay as long as you don’t mind 20 min train rides to your destination!

Breakfast and staff were absolutely 10/10. One huge minus was the hotel's very strange policy about "children under 11 stay for free" (which is mentioned somewhere if you know to look dor it) here's why: 1. When you book a hotel for two adults and two children, e.g. aged 10, the booking site recommends a room with actually not enough beds, but "one double bed and one single bed" or something like this. It turned out that the room had one 140cm bed and one 120cm bed. The bigger bed surely is ok for two SMALL adults, but two school kids in the other, or an adult and a child in both? Very unrealistic that this would be comfortable considering that this is supposed to be a quality hotel. We had 3 hotels in Japan, and with the same algorithm, in one hotel in Ueno, we had 5x120cm beds, in Kyoto 3x120cm and 1x90cm beds. These hotels where high quality and rooms much nicer than the tiny Hilton room, although the prices were on the same level, and included 4 guests. 2. The policy says that kids under 11 stay for free. This is very literal: they really are just expected to stay and not take showers, have breakfast etc.We had ticked the "breakfast included" when booking, but found out this was only for adults, had to pay extra for kids. Only two sets of towels, had to ask for more. One late night our boy was really tired and hungry, and the hotel restaurant wouldn't let him get fried chicken as take out. Childfriendliness hotel policy -100. Luckily the staff was helpful and friendly!

It had all the amenities (laundry room, fitness center, convenience store, etc.) needed to enjoy our stay. I especially appreciated how it was close to two stations, one main railway and local. It made travelling with children easy. The location was not far from the places we wanted to go. I also enjoyed the peace and calmess of being away from the busier places. I would recommend Double Tree by Hilton (Ariake) to others and would definitely book another Tokyo stay here!

Great hotel, super close to two separate train lines. Very close to the airport bus, we were able to take it and walk like 5 mins to this hotel. Breakfast was great. It’s a 20 minute ride to most major tourist areas.

Convenient location

Great location next to two train lines making it very convenient to get anywhere. The area is quiet and walkable to AquaCity and DiverCity shopping malls or just a short train ride. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good options.

Awesome stay!

The hotel entrance is just outside of the station exit with 7-11 downstairs, making the stay so convenient! Plus point, there’s direct train straight to Shibuya station. The staff are very friendly and they go the extra miles of accommodating to my request to freeze my breast milk during my 3 night stay there! The rooms are new and clean.
