Room amenities were great. This hotel went with hard floors with no carpet. I'm ok with that but the hard floors were filthy. Like they haven't been mopped in weeks. If you are to have hard floors, you must mop them every day. Our feet were black after only 10 minutes in the room

Great location walkable to the falls and downtown amenities. Are room had a hot tub and falls view.The room and hotel, as alot of these usually are was sparce and dated but clean. They had a large breakfest area included but was crowded and we ate elsewhere. The pool looked nice.
