The customer service was amazing! All staff were very helpful. Cleanliness of rooms were good. The only problem is had was our toilet seat was loose, there was only one roll of toilet paper, and it looked like a small stain on the comforter. Otherwise than that my stay was great!

Good hotel for one night stay. Everything conveniently located within walking distance. Our mini fridge wasn’t working and a tech came to fix it 10 mins later. Pool has a nice view of falls.
