"This is a beautiful hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was very clean. The room was extra large. The room was well decorated. The only small hiccup was the water pressure in the shower was low. My overall stay I’ll give a nine out of 10. That’s only because the water pressure was low in the shower. I will definitely come back to this hotel anytime I’m in Puerto Rico. This is my number one hotel to stay at. Awesome stay awesome hotel and awesome staff."

Needs a solid brickbwall/ fence on the side across from 101102 103 Because the music is so loud from the business there early morning and all day. This makes the stay not so relaxing. We had no idea about a shuttle to the cruise port. We found out by accident late at night for the next morning and already paid for transportation. This would have been nice to know ahead of...

"Ac worked great it got very cold in the room. Also close to lots of good restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Block away from a park with lots of pigeons that you can feed. It was perfect."

"Room was super clean. Didnt see any staff until we were leaving. Hot water did not work for me, it did for my wife. Honestly I was a little concerned with the neighborhood, but after having dinner out it was actually really good."
