"Amazing place, perfect location , ocean view friendly staff. The bed is so comfortable and they have a roof top with delicious food you have to try the ceviche is to die for and the tequila flan if you like deserts. I recommended this place kids friendly "

"I read the previous reviews, which are Quite varied, but if you need a hotel near SJU, this is absolutely perfect. The parking was secure, the staff was super friendly, the room I had was on the 5th floor and it was perfectly fine for what we needed - a place to crash after an extremely late arrival. It's Holiday Inn quality, not the Waldorf, so set your expectations properly. The price was more than fair."

"Brand new rooms and the lobby was recently remodeled. The pool bar staff was awesome! Pedro and Antonio are the best! Very convenient to have a Casino on the property. From check in to bag check with the welcoming staff, our experience was perfect!"

"This was easily the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was incredible at directions, favors, and offering advice. We felt incredibly safe here as 2 young adults staying on our own.
Our bed and room was beautiful and so comfortable. The pool area is beyond peaceful as well.
No complaints and I highly recommend booking here. We plan on staying again next year. "
