"The room has a musky and moldy bad smell. TV was not working properly. Did mention to staff about the smell, they offered 2 other rooms and all were equally smelly. Took one that I thought smell the least but turns out the whole night it just got worst. Sheets were very moist, so uncomfortable and smelly. "The hotel is centrally located with great access to restaurants and only a 10-15 min walk from west lake. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with plenty western options.

The room so clean, the hotel so organized, and the service is one of the best that I saw for while, they are really helpful and nice, the pool is good also the gym, and last thing which is the most important, is the view , this hotel have special view on the River and the new town, we will come back!
