"Excellent hotel with a fabulous suite to stay in . The staff was friendly, helpful and polite. The fire alarm did go off at 6 AM in the morning, but it was a small kitchen mishap that caused it. The hotel and staff were nice enough that the rude awakening in the AM did not effect my rating. The room was new and spacious, with a full kitchen. The night we arrived, I cooked dinner downstairs on the patio barbecue and retreated to our room. The bed was comfortable and the linen was obviously high...

"I drove from 2 hours away to bring my children to Anne Springs Close Greenway for the weekend. We got a room close to the pool so i could take them swimming when we got back from enjoying that park for the day. I’m widowed and my youngest kids are 5,5,3,2… one of them has a feeding tube and CP. The website said the pool closed at 10p. At midnight there were still about 20 people in the pool with loud music, alcohol and yelling. I called to ask the front desk to please close the pool. They said...
