The AC is always exceptional in my particular experience. The staff was friendly, check in and out process was quick, the Valet was a little slack, but she admitted being new, so she slid through and I still tipped her well as incentive to do better. Lol Most importantly, the room was clean and the bed was decent enough for property sleep.

I have to start with the self parking is a breeze and as busy as they were no hassle and easy to get in the hotel from there. The most outstanding part of this hotel though was the staff. They were all so friendly and accommodating! They were coming off an absolutely slammed busy weekend and the crew was trying to so hard to turn them rooms around! There was a bit of a delay but the staff at the desk were so accommodating so my two teenage girls barely felt a blip as we waited on the room! Not long of a wait and the rooms were so clean and gorgeous! We were going to the Melanie Martinez concert at the Spectrum Center. It was so worth it staying so close! Beautiful location easy to access right off 74 so close to the Spectrum Center. I can’t say enough about this hotel, and that is 100% because of the staff. My daughter even left her phone and the sweet valet at the front helped her locate it! Every single member of staff I met needs a bonus and a raise because this place had heart because of them!!
