Great!
We had a lovely time at Hyatt place in Charlotte. While the hotel is a bit dated, they do their best with what they have. The room was surprisingly spacious with a sofa and super clean. The city view was amazing. Super comfortable for our fam of 4. It’s located right in downtown and walkable to a lot, but it can get rowdy. The lobby entrance is on the 10th floor, which is odd, but not a big deal once you figure it out. Customer service was awesome and check in was a breeze. Really lovely people.
