We had a great 7-night stay. The downtown location is excellent, breakfast was very good, and the valet staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the 10th-floor views were a nice bonus. The hotel has a good gym, but guests should note there is no pool or laundry facility, and the rooms do not include a microwave or oven. The only minor issue was that our request for a 30-minute late checkout wasn’t accommodated. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Hyatt Place has the best city view in Charlotte. Ask for a high level and specifically ask for a city view room. The included breakfast was complete and quite good. Room was large and fairly new. Parking is expensive for the area. The rooftop bar and restaurant also have great views although they are expensive.

Great hotel! Good location not far from Spectrum Arena. Rooms are clean with great views of the city. Valet parking makes it easy to access your vehicle. Staff is so nice and helpful. Gave great recommendations to eateries including Midnight Diner which is right across from Spectrum. The food was delicious! Highly recommended this hotel!

Overall property was great close especially if you are coming to any sporting events everything is within walking distance. Also from the valet and all staff inside of hotel everyone was helpful. I did not try out the gym but everything was great for the price to be in Uptown Charlotte.
