"The hotel location is excellent, right next to the bust Nanjing Road for shopping and dining, and sightseeing. The room we had had a fantastic view and was large and clean. I like the Japanese style toilets. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had lots of options. Special thanks to Ivy, Yebby, and Diana for their fantastic service."

"Seamless service with a good view. Hotel starts getting weary as there seems no major refurbishment since the covid outbreak in china (like others to be fair) but it offers still a very classic and seamless service throughout the stay. Always a pleasure coming back! "
