. The fashion mall is a few yards away. I was able to get an adapter for my phone charger there. I also was able to book a tour through the hotel, this was cheaper than the other sources I was looking into. Overall, I’d recommend and return. "

Good service makes things work smoothly. Tiago, in particular, at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to make things work well. Numerous attempts to convey I would arrive later in the evening and for them to make arrangements. They said yes. I arrived @ 22:05, and it was like Marie Celeste, the lights were on, door open, but no-one there. Eventually I found an English couple staying at the hotel, who helped me get a key for an unoccupied room, so I didn’t have to sleep in a chair in reception.
