"This hotel is perfect to experience the downtown Austin experience in a great location for a great price. The entire staff was outstanding from checkin to checkout. Jonathan at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly and made me feel very welcome. Kayla at the front desk was also extremely accommodating, kind, and helpful. The bartender, Kristine, was super cool and made having drinks at the bar more enjoyable. The GM and the F&B Manager were also extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and had an awesome view. I've stayed here twice already and will definitely stay again and I highly recommend it to anyone! Great job Hotel Indigo staff, thank you! "
"This was by far my favorite hotel stay. The lobby was very spacious and clean. The staff was sooo friendly and went above and beyond. The room was beautiful and had a double window blinds where one darkened the room and the other lightened the room but still offered privacy. The bathroom was massive and luxurious feeling. I booked this room for a single night with my husband for my birthday and it honestly felt like a low key honeymoon suite 😂 not that ive ever stayed in one before, but it was definitely top notch! And the breakfast was phenomenal!!! They had soooo many options and a whole coffee/tea bar of options with hot cocoa."
