My family and I had a fantastic weekend at Marriott Downtown Hotel. The Service from the entire staff was amazing. I mean everyone starting with the Valet Team. Checkin, Housekeeping. I mean everyone. We loved the coffee shop. Unfortunately we didnt have enough time to have dinner at the restaurant but we will when we come back to visit. Very satisfied with this Hotel. The pool was great. It was packed but great.

I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The amenities were terrific! Roof top pool and bar, how can you go wrong? It was a perfect place for a girls get away. Close to everything in Austin and our view from the room was perfect! We also received two drink vouchers for a key issue with the elevator. (We didn’t expect anything!) Top notch! I will be back.

We had a very good stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout our visit. We did experience an issue with the air conditioning, which took a few hours to fully resolve. However, the hotel handled the situation professionally, stayed responsive, and went above and beyond by providing us with a complimentary $100 breakfast credit for the inconvenience. We appreciated the effort to make things right and enjoyed the rest of our stay. The excellent customer service left a positive impression, and we would stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful! The staff is one of the friendliest I have ever stayed at, so thoughtful and accomadating! The view of Lady Bird Lake was fantastic, the room was a bit small but efficient. Rofftop bar bar lovely. Lobbyist Bar was amazing and took the best care of me and about 50 of my friends! Highly recommend!!
